I
can remember
growing up in our house at the
end of Ridgewood Avenue, and going to friends' houses for lunch or
play or whatever. One thing always seemed strange to me, though.
Their refrigerator doors were always bare: no A's on tests, no
pictures,
or anything else. Well, in our house this was not the case. We always
had something on our refrigerator door. And, that something was Guidelines for
Growing
Up™.
Whether it was "Don't put something off for tomorrow when you can do it today" or "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you" -- these are the lessons our society is forgetting. Moral values still have a place in the home, and Guidelines for Growing Up™ should be there. In today's age of the fast paced living, parents and children are in need of these reminders of what is really important, since everyone needs a little help now and again.
Guidelines for Growing Up™ really helped me and my brother, and if given the opportunity, Guidelines for Growing Up™ can be valuable to so many other people.
